What do I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

All Topics  |  Shipping and Delivery

All of our furniture is carefully inpsected prior to being packaged and released to the shipping company. All necessary parts are included with the furniture and are loaded onto the shipping truck.

If your furniture arrives with damage, it is first and foremost important to make detailed records of the damage and to note the damage on the delivery form that the shipping company asks you to sign. Yes, we know that the delivery driver may tell you that you do not need to note the damage. That is inccorect.
