Softy is a pure aniline mid-weight leather from hand-selected South German hides. This leather has been tanned and crafted to expose its unique suppleness. Softy is just craving your touch, with a unique hand that will draw you in. Subtle variations in tone and intensity are completely natural and give each piece its individual character. Softy is buttery soft, and has a slightly pebbly surface - a sophisticated feel only possible with German leather artisans. Softy is one of very few pure aniline leather with added Scotchgard for improved stain repellency over most pure aniline or surface-only treated pure aniline leathers. Visible insect-bites, wrinkles and healed scars as well as color variations throughout each hide add to the elegant charm and beauty of this unique leather, a product made for the consumer that appreciates the purest characteristics of leather.
